NCERT (National Council of Educational Research and Training) invites Online Applications for recruitment of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) for filling up to 70 Vacancies in NCERT HQ, at New Delhi and its constituent units. The last date for submitting online application 8th February 2016.

Required Educational Qualification:
(1) Matric pass the 12th grade or equivalent from a recognized board or university.
(2) typing speed of 35 wpm English or 30 w.p.m. Hindi on computer.
Application Fee. ₹ 200 / - (non-refundable) and the total OBC candidates (with the exception of the SC / ST / PWD / Women candidates). The fee is paid in the form of Bank Draft / Banker Cheque drawn in favor of "Secretary, NCERT» New Delhi and payable to all candidates. Before sending the bill alongwith the application form, the candidate's name is written on the opposite side of the Bank Draft.
The selection process. Written examination and Skill Test. Those who qualify the written test will appear on the computer skill test. Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. English or 30 w.p.m. Hindi (35 WPM and 30 WPM in accordance with 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH average of 5 major depression each word) required to qualify for the skill test. Computer Skill Test will be conducted by the Board.

How to Apply: All eligible candidates should complete the online application on or before 08/02/2016 at most 5.00. In case of difficulty filing the online application, email to r2ncert@gmail.com.
After submitting the online form, confirmation page, which is a unique registration number (Urn) will appear. Candidates must print out the Online urn Page Number, enter passport size recent photograph, a photograph of the cross sign, sign the application form and send it along with the application fee (DD / Bank Draft) reaches Section, policeman, R-II section, NCERT Sri Aurobindo MARG , NEW DELHI-110016- by ordinary post only. The last date for receiving the hard copy of the application to a maximum of 5.00 at 22/02/2016. Advt. The number and name of the post applied, urn center and the choice should be noted that the top of the envelope.
Note: Check list before sending hard copy of application form:
I) Photograph has been affixed on the application form and signed across the
photograph
II) Date and signature of the applicant is on the application form.
III) Wherever applicable, application fees by way of Demand Draft/Banker Cheque is
enclosed and on the reverse the name of the candidate, URN is written.
IV) On the top of the envelope Advt. Number, name of the post applied, URN &
choice of centre is mentioned.
r) The Council will not undertake detailed scrutiny of applications for eligibility and
other aspects at the time of written examination and, therefore, the candidature is
accepted only provisionally.
s) Merely possessing the prescribed qualifications and requisite experience
would not entitle a person to be called for the written test/skill test and those
who are applying for the post should ensure that they fulfil all eligibility
criteria as stipulated in the Advertisement. If it is found at any stage that
he/she does not fulfil the stipulated criteria, his/her candidature will be
cancelled and no fee will be refunded.
